What we collect
When you fill in our application or book a call, we collect your name, email, phone number, social media handles or links (such as Instagram, TikTok, Spotify), and your answers about your music and project.
Why we collect it
To see whether we're a good fit for your project, to contact you about our music production services, and to arrange and run discovery calls. We will only contact you about this.
Tools we use
Our website uses the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure and improve our advertising, which may share limited information (such as page visits and form completion) with Meta. We use Calendly to book calls, and Zapier and Google Sheets to store and manage enquiries. These providers may store data outside Australia.
We never sell your data
We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or stop hearing from us, at any time by emailing itsnewhaven@gmail.com. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first; if you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
